inside OUT: Navigating the Mental, Emotional & Spiritual with Jojo

Rewriting Your $tory: Breaking Money Myths & Finding Financial Empowerment with Maya Liran

Jojo Cottle Episode 36

This week, we’re getting real about something that everyone thinks about but almost no one talks about: money. And not just dollars and cents — we’re diving into the energy of money, the shame around it, the fear of not enough, and the wild limiting beliefs that so many of us carry without even realizing it.

I’m joined by Maya Liran, creator of The Rewrite — a transformational six-week experience helping women shift their money mindset and step into financial empowerment. We get messy (you already know) and talk about everything from childhood money trauma, student debt spirals, and that tricky voice that whispers “Who am I to have more?”

We’re breaking down myths, shifting language, and exploring how our self-worth has nothing to do with our net worth. It’s part therapy, part money school, and a whole lot of spiritual truth bombs.

If you’ve ever felt shame about debt, fear around finances, or just overwhelmed by the whole money thing… this one’s for you.

Welcome to the Inside out Podcast
I'm your host JoJo.

That is mental, emotional, and spiritual. Let's get messy guys!

Okay guys, welcome back to Inside Out. Today we are going to continue our discussion on the topic of money. And in order to do that, I have a very special guest. name is Maya Liron and she has an amazing platform that she just created called The Rewrite, which is a six week course for women all for empowerment, transforming our finances and really diving into what holds us back.

I'm super excited because we're going to get into it. We're going to get messy and we're going to really talk about those limiting beliefs, those doubts, those fears and everything that comes up that really freaks us out and why we just shy away so much from money. So, Maya, thank you so much for joining me. Yay. Thank you so much for having me. It's really incredible because I was praying for more opportunities to speak and to share because I feel this is so important.

And then you reached out to me and I was like, thank you, universe. I'm so excited because I think this subject, there's so much stigma, there's so much shame. And I actually saw someone had reposted her and I saw it I was like, wait, this is so in line. Like we have to have a conversation because in my last episode last week, if you haven't heard it, go listen to that. I was talking all about like why our worth is so tied up in money and how we can sort of separate the two and live these abundant lives that.

we're really meant for. And well, why I want you to talk about your platform and like really what you're building out and this, this amazing coaching that you're doing and helping people. Yeah. Yeah, for sure. So honestly, I'm, I'm so grateful that like, from my perspective, spirit gave me this idea and then gave me the courage to go forth with it because all of the normal

human things came up, so much self-doubt, so much imposter syndrome, so much just like, who am I to be doing a women's financial empowerment program? You know, I'm not a financial expert or a professional or whatever. So back in September, October, I was sitting in meditation and I got this download and it was almost felt like a commandment. was like, was telling me, the spirit was telling me,

Jojo (02:41.529)
create a women's financial empowerment gathering. And at the time I just, didn't even know what that meant, but I had felt called to create this gathering and we did our first one in December. It was such a, it was so powerful. 40 women came, it was online. And I just noticed that so many of the women in my life when I was having conversations with them, and this is not just towards women. This, I know this podcast is for men and women, but I'm just sharing, you know, how it went for me.

I noticed that we were running so many of the same programs. And when I say programs, I mean, you know, patterns, ways of thinking, belief systems that we inherit, whether it's from our parents, from, you know, from the collective, these programs around fear and scarcity. And for the first 28 years of my life, I was operating completely in the same way. And I wasn't conscious that I was running all these programs.

And then I just noticed so many of us were having very similar experiences and a lot of fear around money. And so I decided let's just come together and let's talk about it. And we had our first gathering in December. was incredible. was like a camera. I led a cameras on type experience with breakout rooms. And it was just a powerful moment for women to see that we're not alone. my...

heart's deepest desires to share that there is really another way that we've been taught to step into abundant lives financially and otherwise. And it's a way with a lot more flow, a lot more ease and aligning with our soul purpose, our passions. And the truth is that the universe wants to give us so much more than we could ever imagine, ever. And I really feel that.

It's actually our birthright. I believe that we come to earth, we decide to incarnate and our souls have very specific agendas. And I believe that many of us, if not all of us came at this time on the planet to be chip changers in our lineage. If you think about it, our parents, our grandparents, our ancestors didn't have access or the consciousness that we have or the resources that we have. are so

Jojo (05:00.783)
We have so much going for us. And it's really about, from my perspective, coming together in community to inspire each other, to encourage each other to become greater together. Yeah. I do have a question about why specifically financial? Was there something in your life that you went through particularly that made you choose to like really dive in? Yeah, absolutely there was.

You know, it's interesting. There are few topics in life that are really taboo and money is definitely one of them. And maybe that's why my little curious mind was like, I'm going to talk about the thing nobody wants to talk about. love that. Yeah. But I mean, it's critical, right? Like we're, interacting with money all day, every day in subtle ways and not so subtle ways, but the way society runs right now, money is our currency. allows us to.

to have experiences, to buy things, to do all the things, right? Basically, my story in a nutshell is that growing up, I grew up in a very affluent community and there were very wealthy people all around me, but my family didn't have that kind of wealth. I went to a Jewish private school in Manhattan and again, a lot of money around me, we were like around it, but not of it.

the financial situation in my family was very fraught and very stressful. And because of the dynamic in my family, nothing was shielded for me as a kid. So that was definitely like the greatest source of contention. And the more I talk to people, the more I find that's very common that money is like one of the most stressful aspects of whether it's a partnership or a family. But it was confusing to me as a kid. My parents had a lot of debt. And by the way,

even talking about this in a public way, like I hope that this serves to destigmatize as we create stories about like being in debt, that it's so shameful and it's something that should be so private. But like, why? Like that just serves to make the burden heavier and it's so common, you know? So, but it was confusing to me, like as a kid, my mom never wanted me to feel lacking or without. So, you know, anything I wanted, she would buy and

Jojo (07:20.913)
There was this energy from my dad who wanted us to have anything, but there was a lot of fear. I remember feeling like he was acting like we didn't know where the next meal was going to come from. It's a little dramatic, but it was that energy of like, don't have enough. We don't have enough. Then as soon as I stepped out of the house, I stepped into $150,000 of student loans from college and medical school.

And I felt super doomed. felt like this is, I'm just going to be like my family. I'm going to be in debt forever. But step by step, I started to turn things around. And a lot of it was just about facing the fear and taking small steps towards giving myself a basic financial literacy education, learning some investment one-on-one, learning how to manage my money, how to grow my money, how to approach paying back.

loans, all these things. But it was how it was really about vibrational alignment. At the end of the day, it was about shaping my consciousness because reshaping my consciousness and rewiring deep, deep programs and beliefs. Because at the end of the day, the reality we see around us in this physical manifest 3D earth plane is simply a reflection of our inner worlds. I think it's so interesting that you mentioned that money is like one of them.

most taboo topics. It's one of the things that makes the world go round. What's the other most taboo topic? Sex. It's the other thing that makes this world go round. It's two topics that we don't talk about. I think de-stigmatizing these and really having these honest and open conversations because when you do have these conversations and you do realize, wow, I had to take out a hundred thousand dollars in student loans as well or whatever that story is, you start to realize, wow, like,

we're sitting here pretending like everything is okay on the outside when everything on the inside, we're feeling so much lack, so much scarcity, so much of these mental gymnastics that we have to jump through and perform just to seem like we're okay. And the reality is like collectively we're not, we're not having these conversations. And I think that's so important to have this conversation. That's why I love what you're doing because we can heal that. And I think

Jojo (09:42.523)
there's so many like cultural patterns and societal beliefs and things that like myths, total myths that are what we really need to get on the other side of. And one of them is the money topic. So what would you say just is something that you see that most people do really need to unlearn around money? Yeah, sure. Yeah. So I love that you're asking this and

The first call, so the rewrite is a six week transformational journey. We actually have 50 women in this cohort, which is amazing. This is the beta launch and I'll definitely be doing it again. That's incredible. I'm so excited for you. Thank you. Yeah. We had our first call on my birthday, July 16th. We actually had our second call July 23rd. It happened to be my Hebrew birthday. So I felt just all the birthday blessings. Yeah.

So we've had two calls, we still have four more, but on our first call, this was exactly the topic that I chose. I spoke about choosing empowered language and how the power, our words are everything. Our words and our vibration are what create our reality. And words are vibrational, but I'm not going to get into that, right? But I spoke about how when we use new words, we actually create new worlds. So I can share with you some of the myths that we busted.

during our first call. So, you know, when, when you say I'll never have enough or I don't have enough money, you are creating a reality where you don't have enough and you don't have enough money. And when you can say, when you say I'll never be able to afford that, you'll never be able to afford that. It's, literally writing your future. And I've found that to true. You spell it out. You spell it out.

that is a spell, you are casting a spell. When you take pen and paper, you write it, whether you think it, like you are literally casting spells. And you're casting spells on yourself. you're, yeah, how many times have we said, I can't, I won't, I will never. It's like, you won't. With that mindset, no, you won't. But once you get on the other side of that, I love that. Yeah, and I have to say, like, very cool if you were to look through my journals from the past two, three years.

Jojo (11:53.859)
the specificity of reality that I have created. And it's not because I'm special. that's what I want to convey with the rewrite is like, this doesn't have to do with Maya being lucky. It has to do with very intentional choices that I make all day, every day to choose lightness, to choose where I focus my attention. know, lack attracts lack.

what you appreciate appreciates. It's really important that we choose our words with great intention and love. And a tool I learned from a coach a few months ago was anywhere you say need or want, replace it with choose. So instead of I need to have more money, I choose to have more money. Instead of I want to be debt free, I choose to be debt free. I mean, it's so much more empowering. Definitely. Yeah. So should I go through some of these myths?

Yeah, let's break those myths down. Okay. I feel like this part, I love your framework, the mental, emotional, spiritual. feel like this is, they're obviously all connected, but I feel like to some extent this is mental. It's what are we doing with our minds and our work? Well, it's interesting you bring that up because usually I use the mental, emotional, spiritual framework at the end, but I'm actually thinking we go through this episode mentally, then emotionally, then spiritually and kind of tie it all together. Maybe we do it a little different.

So yeah, let's unpack the mental. What are the myths, the money myths that, and the power of our language? Yeah, for sure. So I feel like the first one, I also really have to like, I recommend a lot of books because a great part of my journey of rewriting my own life has been through my consciousness, through the...

books and I often recommend books and one book that has been so impactful for me, it's called Happy Money by Ken Honda. Amazing, amazing book. And he really says, if you want to understand the way that you relate to money, ask your grandparents how they related to money. Because we are inheriting so much from our parents and not even explicit things, you know, even just the way that the fear that the energy of, of not enoughness, but

Jojo (14:06.317)
No, the book that has shifted so much for me is called Love Money, Money Loves You. I highly recommend it. And some of these prosperity consciousness rewrites that I taught in the first class were myths that stood out to me from her book. So the first myth we busted is the idea that money is a limited resource. Because the truth is that money is unlimited. Like who said that, you know, and feeling that money is limited creates a lot of

a lot of fear and also it means that we're looking at other people and feeling like, you know, if they have a lot, then I can't have a lot. But why? Like, why can't we look at someone who's wealthy and say, wow, this is so inspiring. I desire that for myself. I choose that for myself as well. You know? So that was the first one we spoke about. The next one is the idea that earning money has to be stressful and hard work. And I can also share if you want to link this.

30-minute interview that one of my spiritual mentors and friends did of me in October. I shared a lot more about my journey, but I have been through some really, really, really dark times for a very, very long time. I actually attended medical school. I was in the mode of hard work.

this feeling of like, you're not burnt out, if you're not suffering, then like this sort of battle of like, who's suffering more? Like, think many of us are familiar with that paradigm and just feeling that like, if I'm not really, really working hard, I can't have a lot of money. And that is completely not true. In fact, it's often the opposite that the more relaxed we are, the more we're aligned with our purpose, the more we're doing what we love. It's like, we can befriend money. Okay. So I want to ask you a question.

So mentally, how do you separate money from your worth? Because for me personally, and I talked about this last week, I've been so like, if I make this certain amount of money, then I'm worth this much. Or if I don't have this, then why would someone else give me that? And do you have a way that you have been able to separate the two? Yeah, that is a huge myth. The idea that our worth is tied to how much money we have. They have nothing to do with each other.

Jojo (16:24.369)
And money- But someone who is struggling with that, what would you say? That they feel that their worth is tied to their money. Correct. I think it's a lot deeper then. If you're tying your worth to an amount of money, then there's definitely a deep dive to be done there on how you perceive yourself because our value is literally infinite. We are infinite beings having human experiences so that our worth is infinite and our worth is also unconditional.

I could have negative $500,000, I could have $4 million, and my value is completely not contingent upon what's in my bank account. And I believe, and it's been my experience, that when you work on your sense of value, on truly feeling wonderful about who you are, then that's the inner work, and then the money can match that. But when you perceive yourself as not enough,

or not valuable, you're not a vibrational match for great prosperity. It's like, that's the order that it goes in. It's not like, oh, I have $100,000, now I feel good about myself. No, no, no. When you start feeling good about yourself, you're gonna be able to magnetize $100,000, but not the other way around. I also just wanna say like, not making that wrong either, right? Like not feeling like.

I've done something wrong by perceiving my worth as tied to the amount of money I have. We've been programmed that way, right? So it's, from my perspective, it's about becoming like the neutral observer of that program and then choosing something different. So emotionally, there's so much that comes into this, the stigma, the shame. And I think people, again, just shut down and they don't talk about it. So what tools do you suggest or what do you use or what do you bring awareness to when?

the emotional side of this energy. like to call energy the money energy because it is, it's just freaking energy. What tools would you like lean on or use? Yeah. So that is actually another big part of why I think Spirit guided me to create these containers like the December gathering or the rewrite right now is because there's a lot of power in coming together in community and getting to see like

Jojo (18:50.659)
right in front of your face, like, my gosh, I'm not the only one who has shame about my income or about my debt or about my lack of income or, you know, of the way that I'm afraid to spend or the way that I spend too much. It's like, it's bringing all of what we feel is most shameful to the forefront. like, I don't want to say announcing it, but letting it be witnessed and letting ourselves experience other people say, my gosh, me too. And then when it's depersonalized, right,

the intensity of the emotion can be turned down a little bit because it's no longer like, I'm so deeply wrong. It's more of, wow, we're all working on this. So I think that that is a huge element in terms of like just dialing down the intensity of the emotion, but repatterning my nervous system was absolutely critical. How does someone do that? How does someone, no, it's a great question.

And I wish it was such a simple answer. I mean, there are like basics, right? Like leave your phone at home and go for a walk in the park. One of the quickest ways to get your nervous system back in alignment and into a state of parasympathetic dominance is to be in nature. Exercise. I started exercising every single morning. It's a non-negotiable. That is so important for nervous system regulation. Journaling, meditation.

singing, dancing, anything that increases your vibration. I also listened every single night to this root chakra cognitive reprogramming, I swear by this woman's YouTube channel, her name is Jess Shepherd. It's the rising higher meditation. I attribute a lot of my nervous system healing to listening to that track every night for over a year. I went to tons of healers. I did a lot of energy healing.

But I really was doing a lot of the inner work of becoming conscious of the programs that I was running. I mean, journaling for me is a huge thing, writing, writing, writing, writing. So yeah, it's almost impossible to answer the question, how does one repattern their nervous system in a 45 minute podcast? But yeah, those are some of the tools. Movement is...

Jojo (21:08.773)
Key movement is critical. Everything is energy. Our emotions, our mental loops, the quickest way to get out of a mental loop, you're not going to think your way out of it. I forget who said it. Like change your physiology. Yeah. You can't create a solution at the same level where the problem, like you can't think your way out of a mental loop. You need to stand up, put on a song or just shake your body out. Shake it up, shake it up, shake it up. Like that's the quickest way to get out of a mental loop is to stand and literally shake for a minute.

and then you'll see how different you feel. It really works. Yeah, I bet. I really like what you said as well about just voicing it, addressing it, opening it up to whether that's, I don't know, your partner or even just like a circle that's specifically made for this, your platform. And I've been even just like in my own personal life, just having conversations about like, hey, this is where I'm struggling. This is where I'm overthinking things or this is where I'm at. It's so much better to just like,

put that out there because it does take the power away from it. And just like you said with money, once you put it out there and yeah, it kind of destabilizes it and makes it doesn't take it off, like doesn't put it on such a high shelf. It's like, okay, like we can just put this on the floor and just look at it and deal with it now because it's not this like lofty thing that's totally out of reach. Yeah, I use that analogy, something similar regarding finances. When I left medical school in March of 2020,

I had to move home with my parents for almost two years and I plan to write a memoir and to really share more about the details of my story, but I was really sick on many levels. was super unwell. So not only was I not earning money or able to be a normally functioning member of society, my medical bills were sky high and I felt so doomed because not only did I have $150,000.

of educational loans without a medical degree to be able to be a doctor and all these things that I thought I was going to do, I felt horrible about myself. And the steps that allowed me to start, just to start, I just decided because I think there's also these stories about money being so complicated. Like investing is so complicated. If you don't have an MBA or you're not, that's BS. It's literally BS. It's really not.

Jojo (23:30.049)
It's not rocket science. So I decided to just start educating myself. If I could be an organic chemistry teaching assistant, I can learn about investing. And I just started to give myself a basic financial literacy education. And the analogy that I use with the women's group that I lead is like, when I first started to look at my finances, which is the first step, is just literally looking at it, looking at your bank accounts, looking at how much money am I spending every month, even if you're spending more than you earn, right?

That's a starting point, but when you don't look at it, it's like the analogy I use is like a shadow on the wall where it looks like a monster. And then when you actually look at it and you face it, it's like, it's just a finger puppet. You know, it's like taking away this, this enormity that our finances are so complicated and just insurmountable. That's BS. That's BS. You take it step by step.

And once you look at it, at least you know, it's the not knowing that creates this incredible emotional baggage, you know? For sure. So let's address the spiritual aspect of money. And I really like in the beginning what you said about alignment and purpose and passion. And I think people look at jobs and careers and they're like, well, I make this amount and kind of just like go about the day to day and I have this hiking debt and this student loan and this mortgage and the list just kind of goes on. But can you talk?

and or talk into what you were saying about alignment and passion and purpose and how the money just flows when you're aligned with that? Yeah, for sure. I want to start by saying, and I fully believe this, the only limitation for what's possible for us in any aspect of our life, any aspect, including our finances, is literally what we allow ourselves to believe is possible for ourselves. Period. I have found that to be true. I found that

so much of the limitations are created by ourselves. So each of us incarnates with very specific soul gifts. They're God given gifts from my perspective and they're gifts that the world needs. Nothing is by accident, nothing that we feel a desire to offer. Our desire exists because someone needs it, right? And I'll just share from my own experience. I took a huge leap of faith in the spring of 2023.

Jojo (25:49.776)
And I had so much certainty that I was gonna be supported. I've had so many experiences. I'm a double entrepreneur. I have basically running two businesses right now. And I've had so many experiences where I lost a huge client, let's say. And the first reaction in my mind was, my God, I'm screwed. I'm so afraid. How am I gonna pay my rent? This is a huge, and no, you have to cut that.

thinking so quickly, don't let that spiral. You can notice it, but you gotta catch it. And then you say with certainty, this door closing, I can't see it yet, that's by design. But there's something so much greater. And I think that sometimes when we talk about spirituality and money, there's this feeling of like, like if I sit and I meditate, like, no, you have to take action. That's kind of like a...

trying to think of the word, not an excuse, but that's like an avoidance pattern is the idea that like you can, know, money can come with ease, but you have to be taking aligned actions and you have to be able to do things that you're a little afraid of. So I'll just share that in the spring of 2023, I was teaching full-time, I was a kindergarten teacher and then, and I was chasing these adorable, but.

exhausting five and six year old boys around from, I don't know, 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. exhausted. Then I would run home and I was tutoring middle and high school students in science, math, executive functioning skills, SAT, ACT. I was exhausted and I was literally earning more tutoring than working full time. I was really scared to leave my teaching job. First of all, it was security. I had a paycheck twice a month. I had

All of these things when I was in my fear mode felt like insurmountable obstacles. And so I wasn't happy, but I also didn't have the bravery or the clarity to leave. And I prayed on it and I prayed on it and I prayed on it. And in the spring of 2023, my boss sent me an email and he said, I'm gonna meet with him and the head of the school. And the night before that meeting, I had no idea what they were gonna say. Cause I knew that I had done a great job and I wasn't gonna get.

Jojo (28:08.244)
You know, it wasn't like they were going to tell me, you were not good. want it. It wasn't like that. the night before I called in all my angels and guides. That's a huge part of my practice is calling in support from the unseen realms, whatever you call it, God, the creator, spirit source. There is a higher power at work here. And this higher power is available for all of us to plug into and to use to create change in this reality. But I prayed.

the night before and I said, just give me clarity. Just give me clarity. I didn't have the courage yet to leave this job, even though part of me knew, but it was jumping into total unknown. I didn't have the students lined up to pay my bills or the security or anything. I had to figure out all these things forming an LLC and just, it was a lot. And long story short is I walked into the office and these two men looked super sad.

And they shared with me that since like enrollment was down all over the city, they didn't have a position for me the following year because I was the newest hire and they were downsizing. And this was the clarity that I prayed for. I literally have chills. And I thanked my guides. I thanked my angels. I said, even though I'm so scared right now, I'm so scared. I can't see the how, right? By the way, it's 555. I love these types of numbers.

I can't see the how of how this is all going to work out, but I know that you're basically kicking me out of this job that I wasn't courageous enough to leave because it's too small for me. It doesn't fit anymore. And there's something so much greater for me. And I did, I, you know, this is an important thing. I took all the aligned action from that moment, that, that spring I networked like, like it was my job. I became very systematic, reached out to everyone I knew, really put myself out there. And I prayed.

and I made my connection and I kept taking care of my vibration. did the things that lit me up. Money follows joy. If that's one thing people take away from this podcast, money follows joy. Money is not coming to you when you're miserable and unhappy and feeling, I don't want to say ungrateful, but complaining. that's not a money. That's not a frequency that's attractive to money at all. It's not an abundant one. No, no. I've mentioned this, but

Jojo (30:30.086)
We all have teams of light. These include loved ones on the other side, angels, guides, ascended masters, souls who travel with us in our life. And you don't have to know who they are and you don't have to believe in all the specifics of what I'm saying, but there are forces that want to help us. And a practice that I use, that I learned from Laura Lynn Jackson from her book Signs, The Secret Language,

my gosh, need to read all of her books. So good. She's incredible. They're so good. Yeah. So I learned a practice from her where I would write in my journal, thank you, whoever you want to say, let's say thank you, Universe, for bringing me X number of clients paying X amount or greater by X date or sooner. And I wrote, I've written these, my whole life has basically…

been formed by these thank yous, that I acted as if they had already happened. And I took the aligned action. I took good care of my migration. I will say sleep, that's so important for your nervous system regulation. I should have mentioned that first, getting proper sleep, proper nutrition, these things, they sound so simple, but it makes such a difference. And then having the certainty that great blessings are on their way to you. And they're already here. If time is an illusion,

then everything we desire is already here, just waiting for us to claim it and to become the version of ourselves that already has it. When you start to show up in the universe as, and honestly, I stopped asking for discounts, like these little things that make a huge difference in how you're projecting your persona to the world. know, if you feel exhausted, take an Uber and then don't spend time feeling guilty that you didn't take the subway. Enjoy that Uber ride.

Little things like that make a big difference in my experience. What I really like about what you're saying is it's not what you see out there online. It's not these like quick fixes in the physical world. What you're saying, it really, sorry for the pun here, but you have to go inside and bring it out. It's not just the outside in. This is like the reverse of what everyone tells you to do. And that's why I wanted to have this conversation with you because we can all, you know, pick up a

book or talk to a financial advisor, but it doesn't start there. Like, yes, that might be a step as well, but what it really starts with is these narratives and these stories. And it's to your point rewriting those and really doing the mental, emotional and spiritual work so that you can have this foundation and also just beautiful life that we all.

you know, dream about in our heads, but like it really can be yours. And I love what you were saying about like you writing this stuff out that is spells, the thank you letters. Like these are such tools and tidbits. And I mean, I'm just so excited to be able to share you with everyone because this is, this is amazing. And yeah, where can people find you? Where can people connect with you? Do you have another rewrite course that you're starting soon? Like let's, let's let people, let's people tap into your world a little bit more.

Thank you so much, Jojo. Yeah, so it's funny, I actually wasn't on social media. I had all this resistance. I was like, I don't want to go there. I don't like the vibe. I had all these stories. And then I in October, I took the leap and I made an Instagram people can find me at Maya manifest. Maya underscore manifest.

And I just decided I'm going to blast Insta-Land with such positive vibrations. I'm just going to put out good. Yeah, that's what I did. So they can find me there. I also sent you the rewrite link. It's registrations closed, but people can take a look at the website. On that site, I also list the two offerings I have right now, which I do one-on-one intuitive coaching, channeling, and I also help women get their finances in order.

I'm not a financial expert. I'm not a certified financial anything, but I walk women through the steps that I took just to get that because I know it can be a very emotionally loaded process. And on this site, you can read more about that process. Amazing. All right. Well, everyone, this will be linked in the show notes along with the books that Maya mentioned. And you guys know where to find me at underscoreinsideout.podcast. Pause for a second.

Think of three people that you think would benefit from this episode. Is it your mom? Is it your brother? Is it your neighbor? Is it your partner? Is it your best friend? Send it to the person at the gym. I don't know. Just send it to someone. Put it in a group chat. I don't know. Everyone needs to rewire their consciousness because the stigma and the shame and everything that we tell ourselves about money is outdated. It's an old belief and we're moving on from it. So thank you so much guys. And I'll see you next week. Have a good week.

Bye.
